Answers:
Good sources of iron for vegetarians include wholegrain cereals/flours, leafy green vegetables (eg!. collards, kale, broccoli and other dark greens), eggs, blackstrap molasses, legumes (eg!. lentils, red beans), apricots and figs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Some really good sources of iron include bran flakes and sea vegetables, but oatmeal, cream of wheat, wheat germ, beet greens, swiss chard, soybeans, tofu, pumpkin seeds, blackstrap molasses, garbanzo beans, navy beans, lima beans, and lentils are all good sources of iron (and protein)!. When you're eating vegetable, the darker and leafier they are, the better!. So try eating kale, spinach, broccoli, etc!. Here's a really good website for more info on iron :)

Beans have got some--er, red beans and such, not so much the green bean-types things!.
Spinach also, but it's trickier with the green veggie stuff because of how other nutrients are bound!.
And other meats, of course, if you're only cutting out red meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
