Would you consider Luna Bars healthy and natural?!

Question: Would you consider Luna Bars healthy and natural!?
I am trying to eat as natural as possible(I'm vegan btw) and I was wondering if Luna Bars are healthy and natural!. I read each ingredient and looked up the ones I didn't know!. THey all seem healthy, but not everything is what it seems of course!.

Would you consider Luna Bars healthy and natural!? Yes or no, and why!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
No!. They're high in sugar, and bear no resemblance to the foods they originally come from!. They are enriched with vitamins extracted from other foods, and from soy protein made by de-fatted soy flour isolates!.

It's not bad for you, but it, for me, would be a snack food, to be consumed rarely!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, but they are good as a snack!. There are a number of processed ingredients in Luna Bars, so they can't be called natural!. And I don't know if I'd say they're "healthy," but there are far worse foods you can eat!.

The Nectar bars are more natural, as they are just fruit and nuts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There pretty healthy I think, I doubt they're really natural though, considering I can't even pronounce a lot of the ingredients on the label!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They are higher in sugar than ideal, but in an emergency you could do a lot worse! For more ideas for Vegan quick foods see "Products We Love" in the site below!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
