Meat doesnt have a hell of a lot of nutrients in it so you shouldnt find it too difficult!. The main things meat does give you is Iron and protein!.!.!.!. but you can easily get these from vegetarian sources such as leafy green vegetables, tofu, beans and things like that!. To get a good guide to nutrients I suggest you buy a vegetarian cookbook and do some research on the internet!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
