Yes!. You will notice that the extra fiber will help clean the inside of your body!. Your skin, hair, and nails will become better, and you'll have more energy!. You must remember to get a wide variety of fruits, nuts, vegetables, grains, and legumes instead of limiting yourself to just lettuce and tomatoes!.

Absolutely! I'm a former bodybuilder and I've done a lot of protein research!. Let me tell you that you right now that you don't have to worry about your protein!. I'll break it down!.
There are two kinds of proteins: complete protein and incomplete protein!.
Complete proteins contain all of our essential amino acids, which work to rebuild our cells, including muscle tissue!. All animal products (except honey, obviously) are complete proteins!. However, so is soy, quinoa, hemp seed, amaranth, and buckwheat!.
Incomplete proteins are missing one or more essential amino acids!. They must be combined with a complimentary protein (one that has the missing aminos from the other) to create a complete protein!. Sounds like a lot of research, right!? Don't worry!. Just combine a grain and a legume and you've got yourself a complete protein!. Some common examples are peanut butter on bread, beans and rice, or pitas and hummus!.

For bodybuilding, you typically will need to take in extra protein, usually in the form of protein powder for convenience!. Remember the complete proteins I was talking about!? Only when you go to a restaurant that doesn't cater to vegans!. Just speak slowly and explain what kind of meal you want, any substitutions, and thank the waiter/waitress for being patient with you!. When people go to restaurants and ask for changes to their order, they can be really mean and rude!.!.!.just make sure to be polite!.

Frozen veggies and berries are just fine to eat!.

Like I said, just make sure to eat a lot of different kinds of foods!. This will prevent you from having any meat cravings!.

It's very good for your body as long as you get a good variety of fruits and vegetables!.
also, vegans are more energetic and smarter than carnivores!.
I still get plenty of protein from plant sources without taking supplements!.
It's alright to eat frozen fruits and vegetables!. you'll lose some nutrients but a lot of other nutrients are well preserved!. also frozen vegetables from the market are really good too because they are frozen within the day they were picked because they have packaging plants next to the fields where they are picked!.
And it's definitely good for the environment to stop eating meat, because entire forests are cut down for fields to grow food to feed the animals we eat as it takes 5 pounds of grain to grow 1 pound of meat!.

If you want to help out the planet by not eating meat, why don't you just become a vegetarian!? A vegan is someone who doesn't eat any animal products!. For example: all meats, cheese, milk, eggs and any food source which contains those products!. Another example: ice cream!. If you become a vegetarian, you will still be able to eat some things, just not meat!. It is not good for your body to become a vegan!. You will start to lack in nutrients you need in order for you to survive!. For example: Iron!.

Becoming a vegetarian/vegan is not an unhealthy way of living!. I don't know where people get off thinking that!. You will consume less fat, cholesterol and sodium!. If you eat the right kinds of foods, you will miss out on ZERO nutrients!. There is NOTHING that meat has that can't be found in something else (except for mad cow)!. You will be healthier in the long run!.

2!. you can keep your muscles!. protein is everywhere, its in beans, seeds, nuts, cereals, oats, quinoa, lentils, soy!.

4!. I miss tuna and if you dont spice the food, it can be really boring to eat!.
5!. cold weather!? I survived last winter while being a vegetarian, I'll see how this winter will go with veganism!. everyone must eat a little bit more during winters, so increase your food intake!.
6!. yes, meat and milk industry are very large polluters of air and water!. it causes deforestation, cause you need more land for cows to graze and to grow more food for them!. cows produce methane while digesting food and its released into air and manure pollutes rivers and ground water!. animals need a lot of food and water, it takes like 8kg of food to make 1kg of meat!. some say that all the food that cows eat, could already feed all starving children!.
there are plenty of spices and sauces that taste really good!. you only need to find them!.
you need vitamin B12 and omega 3+6 fatty acids, you can get them from flax seeds and flax seed oil!. vitamin D is mostly found in fish and not a lot of plants have it, so you will have to spend more time on the sun to get vitamin D!. our skin can make it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Like any diet, if done correctly it is good for your body, do not however think that you will somehow be automatically healthier than a vegetarian or someone who eats meat, because that's just not the case!. If done correctly any eating style can be healthy, even one that includes meat!.
