Healthy Diet ...... ?!
I reallyyyyyyy want to start eating healthier and only eat mostly RAW fruits and vegetables, but i notice its REALLY hard for me! but !.!. I CANNOT resist yummy take-away and sugary foods and I always choose them instead of a healthy meal, please help! I need the best tips ever!!

I know this isn't very healthy but when i started eating healthy i used to try and cover the lack of yummy flavor with sauces, spices or even your favorite drink!.
With every meal you add a little less sauce or spice or drink and eventually you'll be used to the new flavor and will be eating healthily!.
