Ingredients: Canola oil, filtered water, apple cider vinegar, brown rice syrup, soy protein, sea salt, lemon juice, and mustard flour!. These are the ingredients in regular Veganaise, maybe you could try to use them when making your own!. As you probably know, the list of ingredients is in order of amounts, with canola oil being the largest and mustard flour the smallest!. With a little experimenting you should be able to come really close to the flavor you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes why not!? there's no law against it! Food Preparers and cooks even chefs experiment to create their own special dishes! I do a fake meat dish I tell people the main ingredients for it but I leave out mentioning my secret ingredient! The secret ingredient isn't necessary it just improves it! Www@FoodAQ@Com
