As a previous poster suggested use Papayamine!. I just started using it and it is GREAT! It is a protein supplement that has no whey soy soy so you never feel bloated or gassy!. I mix it with orange juice, that is IMO the best flavor to go with it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
protein is in nuts, seeds, beans, cereals!. kelp and nori is for iron and I think it has iodine too!. lots of other veggies have iron too like lentils and leaf vegetables!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
beans and rice and cheese are great for protein (especially beans)!. i eat them all the time!.
