Any advice for vegetarian diets?!
I am a vegetarian and i have been for about a year but i am not as healthy as i could be!. I know part of it is because i am a little picky!. This is the list of things i do not like!.

3!.cooked spinach(i love it raw)

you dont need cabbage, and it is good you like spinach raw, cooking it makes it worse because it often involves oil!.
beans are probably the best way of getting protien!.!.but the site i put has a list that helped me

Get yourself a couple vegetarian cookbooks and try different meals!.
You can live witout cabbage, just make sure to eat other leafy green veggies!.
Raw spinach is better for you!.
You need to try different beans and bean recopies!. Beens are to vegetarians what meat is to meat eaters, we get most or protein from them!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

For breakfast you can have what you usually have except no ham or bacon!. But some cereal, toast, oatmeal, orange juice, or milk would be just fine!
For lunch you can have a PB&J with a fruit salad, maybe some celery with peanut butter!. Soup without any chicken you meats!.
For dinner you could have some sort of vegetable, (like corn, raw spinach,peas,and carrots), with potatoes or rice, and a dinner roll on the side!. Or maybe change it around and have some sort of pasta!. You can have some spaghetti, without meatballs of course, and some garlic bread!.

spinach contains iron ( extremely necessary for women and girls) you get it from it raw so you are good there!.
Cabbage is just water (pretty much)
