I do like cheese, but i do not like milk, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, im so picky ahhh!

oh this is one of my favorite questions!!! When you are pregnant the things you are trying to get from dairy products are 1!. Calcium and 2!. protein!. There is 300 mg calcium in a glass of milk so try and get the equivalent in these subs!. There are lots of veggie substitutes!.

3/4 cup of almonds
3/4 cup black beans
1 cup Kale

What about almond milk, especially on cereal or in smoothies!? Low fat ice cream (or full fat, depending on your caloric needs)!? Or what about lasagna with ricotta, or ricotta cookies or pancakes!?
You could always just ignore the dairy altogether and eat spinach, broccoli, kale and other leafy greens high in calcium!. Or calcium-enriched orange juice!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

almond milk (VERY sweet)

You havn't needed milk since you were 2 years old, and then you didn't need cows milk!. Veggie greens such as spinach, kale, broccoli, beans, and soybean products are good sources of calcium!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You said you don't like yogurt but do you like smoothies (yogurt, fruit, juice, blend)!.!.!.!.!.milkshakes, mix sour cream into your mashed potatoes, lasagna w/lots of ricotta and mozarella etc!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Have a cheese omelet for breakfast, a quesadilla (couple handfulls of shredded cheese between two tortillas) for lunch, and ice cream for dessert!. That's 3 right there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
