Answers:
To put it simply:

Vegans eat cooked food!.
Raw Vegans don't!.

(i!.e!.) Vegans may consume traditional bread, tofu and pasta!. All these items are cooked or go through a cooking / heating at high temp process!. So Raw Vegans would not eat traditional bread, tofu and pasta!.

Raw food is food that has not been cooked above 118F!. So a raw vegan diet simply sticks to vegan foods that have not been cooked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
