Maybe you could make a meal with tofu!. Like, with rice and vegetables!. You can make the tofu taste like real meat I think, and it's not that hard to cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Assuming that the vegetarian won't go "ewww meat" upon seeing what the others are eating, I agree with the make-your-own pizzas!. But check if the veggers don't eat dairy too!. If such is the case, you can replace cheese with pesto or some other veggie sauce!. Pasta dishes work well with or without meat!. You can also try vegetable stews and curries which are often filling enough even for meat eaters!. Or serve that with some sate (asian skewered meats) and such on the side!.
If the two meat eaters don't mind you can also try those mock meats!. I am told they have the taste and texture close to the real thing and they might not even be able to tell the difference even if you tell them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Althought it may seem like double the work, you can make ALMOST anything vegetarian or not!. You could make pasta, cook chicken/meat in on pan and cook the pasta dish in another and add the meat after the meal is cooked and the vegetarian portion is served!.
You can also make pizzas, tacos (vegetarian uses black bean instead of gr!. beef), stirfry!.!. all made the same way!.!. add the meat last or on half of the dish and not on the other half, etc!.
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just make tacos, for the meat eaters use the standard , and for the vegetarians, Just get some Morningstar, boca,or lightlife veggie crumbles(at any health food store, and most grocery stores vegetarian section)!. They both cook the same, if you follow normal taco instructions!.
Or you can always make pizza, they make vegetarian mock meats(pepperoni, sausage canadian bacon etc!.), and even vegan cheese(any health food store and most grocery stores should carry this)
heres a website for some good vegeterian recipes

I think the easiest thing to do would be to make a meat-free meal that would seem appealing and acceptable to everyone there, no matter their diet!. It'd be easier than trying to make several different meals too!.
You know, something like spaghetti!. (You could make meat balls and put them in a separate dish for the meat-eaters, if you want!.) Vegetarian soup is another idea or even something like a vegetable stir-fry with rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Individual pizza`s! Have all the toppings on the table, so everyone can invent their own before popping them in the oven!. You can even find vegetarian peperoni`s at your local supermarket!. Or you could make filling casserole with beans!. Many veggie dishes are approved by meat-eaters!. You could also make a soup with many little appetizers - kind of like a buffet! Www@FoodAQ@Com
Lasagna made without ground beef!. You could bake it with spinach instead!. If your meat eaters must have it you could make them a meat sauce on the side to pour over it!.
Broccoli quiche- it's pretty hearty and filling
A great chef's salad with romaine lettuce, spring onion, boiled eggs, grated cheese!. Put ham, chicken, turkey out for the meat eaters to add!. Crusty bread on the side!. Any meatless soup on the side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cook like you'ld normally cook and substitute soymeats where you'ld normally added animal meat!. (I do my best to find new sauces all the time to help mix up the dishes)
