I don't peel them but I do give them a good wash!. I also don't cook them all the way through either, because doing that kills all the nutrients and good stuff in there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If they are young, fresh, wholesome carrots, I don't bother!. If they are older, I usually peel them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
