I read that menstruation can become lighter on raw foods?!
I have always had pain/problems!. I have been raw for one week only (cheated once) and had the WORST pain ever from cramping yesterday!. The day I ate a tuna sandwich on wheat bread!.!.!.

I'm not a raw foodist, but I am a vegan!. I noticed a drastic difference in my periods once I gave up all dairy products!. My period is shorter, lighter and I have less cramps/PMS symptoms!.
If you've only been on a raw diet for a week, you will not notice a difference in your first period!. You must follow that diet for a couple of months before you notice a difference!. I think the third month after going vegan I started to notice the difference in my cycle!.
