Answers:
It's called raw or rawism!. In your case, raw vegan!. Eating only living foods is pretty difficult, as things like cut-up spinach, while raw, are no longer alive!. It is possible, but requires A LOT of attention to your diet!. For strict raw eaters, you cannot eat anything that has been heated to over 105F, no matter how fresh it is!. Keep in mind that, while the good stuff in your food is kept alive, so is the bad stuff!. You need to make sure your food sources are extremely clean!. also, certain foods, especially seeds, contain lots of nutrients that are pretty difficult for your body to break down unless they are cooked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Living foods!? Once you pick them, they no longer have access to life and are, for all practical purposes, dead!. More than just picking something will kill it (see stories below)!.
I suppose if you wanted to graze, you could do this!.
Reminds me of a story!.!.!.

A young Native American man went to the store with his grandfather!. In the produce section, the young man was waxing proud over the ease of getting vegetables, and in such a wide variety!.
The grandfather paused for a minute, surveying the line of produce!. "Why would you want to eat dead food!?" he asked!.

I can relate!. I once visited the Lakota (Sioux) -- they had an organic garden grown in the Black Hills!. The salad from this garden tasted ALIVE, like no other salad I've had before or since!. Wonderful flavors, like you can't imagine!

Eating live food!? Not much of a grazer, myself!. I'll have to think this one over!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This would be a vegetarian raw food diet!. If you avoide using any animal byproducts in your life like: silk, leather, wool, etc; you would be a vegan raw food est!.

BTW: unlike animals plants show sings of cell life well after being picked!. Some seeds, nuts and beans can survive for many years!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That would have to be veganism or some made up form of it!.

Is this something you are considering doing and why!? Vegans are usually vegans because they are against all forms of animal cruelty; including clothing too which I can understand!. But to take it one step further, what is the point!? I just don't understand!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Looks like it would fall under the vegan diet umbrella!.

It's vegan!. A diet isn't designated by what you eat, it's by what you don't eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A live food diet is similar to a raw food diet, in that foods are not cooked over 115 degrees, but with a lot more soaking and sprouting!.
