Sprinkle them on salads, soups, casseroles!.
As a raw foodist, I use whole (soaked) flax seeds to make crackers, ground flax seeds to make bread, and flax seed oil to make chocolate sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You want to grind flax seeds before you use them to get optimal nutrition!. You can use flax seeds or flax oil in a smoothie, flax seeds as an egg substitute (but it probably won't provide much), flax oil in a salad dressing or drizzled on warm vegetables!. Hemp seed is also a good source of omega 3 fatty acids, and you can get hemp snacks online or hemp nuts at natural foods stores!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would use them for baking, like oatmeal cookies, some nutty cakes or bars!. Crush them up in a food processor so they are not as large and weird to chew and sprinkle on salad, or make a strawberry yogurt fruit dessert and sprinkle on top!. I would also add them (ground up) to rice or couscous!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
