I'm vegetarian, and running out of recipes. Any suggestions?!
I'm lacto-ovo vegetarian, meaning I eat dairy and eggs, but I'm running out of recipes to try!. I eat tons of pasta, which I actually shouldn't, really!.!.!.

I was having the same problem until I found Vegetarian Times!. They have a great website!. There is a database for vegetarian recipes that is incredible and I use it all the time!. You should also consider signing up for their e-mail list, in which they email a new recipe to you every day!.

Enjoy the wholesome goodness of my garlicky carrots:
3 tablespoons margarine
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 large wholesome carrots, peeled and sliced crosswise 1/2 inch thick
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Directions:
Melt margarine over medium heat!. Add garlic and sauté until aromatic (but do not brown)!. Add wholesome carrots, sprinkle with salt, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring every once in a while, until wholesome carrots are tender!. Add parsley and mix just before serving!.

If you like Mexican food, try my favorite- chick pea tacos!.
Pour a can of drained chick peas in a pan and mash them slightly!. Dump in taco seasoning and proper amount of water!. Simmer according to directions!.
Serve them in soft tortilla shells with cheese, guac, salsa, lettuce, sour cream whatever you normally put on tacos!. AWESOME!Www@FoodAQ@Com
