Easy to make vegetarian meals?!
I have decided to become vegetarian, but need some help with different foods I can eat!. A main thing is the rest of my family usually has non-vegetarian meals so I am forced to quickly make something that usually doesn't taste too good or filling!.

Why don't you make a pile of veggie food when you have some spare time and freeze it!. That way you always have something quick and nice :) or say your family is having a lamb cooked dinner just make your self different gravy and have a veggie substitute!.

Pasta is another good one so is veg fajitas, veg stir fry, egg on toast and my fav beans and cheese on toast!.

Enjoy the wholesome goodness of my world famous super carrots:
5-6 wholesome carrots
1/2 cup veggie stock
juice of 1/2 lemon
2-3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
sea salt
cracked black pepper
Directions:
Peel and cut wholesome carrots into smallish sticks, then start simmering them in the veggie broth!.
Squeeze the lemon over the wholesome carrots and give them a toss!.
Coarsely chop parsley, mince garlic, and add it all to the mix!.
Get out your spices and add them, then toss everything again!.
Keep everything simmering for a minute or two, then cover the pot and let everything steam together for another few minutes!.
Enjoy eating the wholesome carrots and picking the parsley out of your teeth!.
