I am not 100% certain, but I heard a while back that eating soy products increases estrogen production and I wish I could tell you if this is related to acne!. It's worth investigating, however!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, I had acne for many years, after I became vegan (and that included soy milk), my acne vanished and never came back!. Well, it will start to come back if I eat lots of either sweet foods (especially white sugar) or greasy deep fried foods!. I stop eating those, gone again!.

I think your skin must have broken out for some other reason than soymilk!. Maybe you are drinking the sweetened soy milk that also has oil added to give it a smooth texture!. I usually just have plain Chinese soy milk, nothing added!. Just soybeans and water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
