Being a vegetarian!!?!


Question: Being a vegetarian!!!?
i stoped eating meat about 5 or 6 months ago and i lost about 10 pounds now im only 120lbs and like no matter what i eat i cant gain it back is this normal!?
will i gain it back eventually!?

Is it necessary to gain weight!? Maybe your body has reached a happy level and thats why it isnt gaining weight!. As long as your not hungry I don't really see a problem, maybe once your a few years older you will natrually gain a few pounds (happens to a lot of people) but I don't think its something you should really be worrying about!.

If you do want to make an effort to gain weight try eating lots of carbohydrates!.!.!.!. protein wont make you gain weight unless your gaining muscle through exercise as well!. And you don't really want to increase your fat intake to gain weight because that would be an unhealthy choice!. Carbs are the way to go while still being healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, I really think if you want to gain that weight back, adjust your diet to more fats, and less carbs!.
Still, you have to get a good amount of protein, vitamins, minerals (oh, but you know that already!)
You most likely do not have a condition, but just to be sure, I would go to the doctor!.

that happens to a lot of vegetarians!. a lot of people go vegetarian just to lose weight!.
