How can I become a healthier vegetarian?!
I don't really have a well balanced diet!.
I'm a 14 year old girl!.
I've been a vegetarian for about two years!.

Add more fresh fruits and veggies to your diet!. Don't forget the whole grains, nuts, and legumes, too!.
Never skip breakfast!.
And stop eating the unhealthy foods that you know are unhealthy!.
also vital is a positive attitude and a little discipline; you're not going to change if you don't want to work at it!.
maybe for breakfast try a glass of orange juice and some toast with peanut butter!. Or maybe just have an apple with some soymilk!. or try some oatmeal with banana slices!. There are a whole bunch of things to try for breakfast that are quick and easy and very nutritious!.

if you start eating healthy, you shouldn't need to take any supplements!.

The reason your probably craving unhealthy foods is because your not eating enough!. Fat makes your feel more full, but if you eat enough of the good stuff you should have not problems feeling full!.
I find muesli with yoghut and fruit is really good for breakfast!. Lunch I just have a salad or some left over dinner, whatever I've got really!.

Multi Vitamin, its the only way to stay healthy, especially because it has vitamin b12 and iron which pre-teens/teens(Like me) need to stay healthy on a vegetarian/vegan dietWww@FoodAQ@Com
Try having an apple or grapes or something like that just before your first class starts!. They are portable and healthy!.
