List of Gelatin Products?!
I've been a vegetarian for almost 7 years now!. But alas, as I was eating some Kraft marshmallows, I decided to research them, and realized they had gelatin all this time!. :(
Just when I thought I knew all there is to know about being a lacto-ovo vegetarian!.
I've also heard rumors of donuts having gelatin, as well, but found only one source stating it!.
So I don't get blind sighted again, is there a reliable list of products containing animal-derived gelatin anywhere on the Internet!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

No there isnt one that I have found!.!.!. I just always check the labels!.
Marshmallows, yoghurt, lollies, jello all have gelatin!. I googled gelatin and it helps know what to keep an eye out for, but I guess as you've been a veggie for 7 years now you must have found most of them!.!.!.!. don't be downhearted, we all make mistakes and its not like you did it on purpose!. Now that you know you can avoid marshmallows!.!.!. although vegan marshmallows are available apparently!.!.!. havent tried them myself but heard about them!Www@FoodAQ@Com

gelatin is nothing more than over processed collagen so processed that it meets Kosher requirements for non meat produce!.so many products have hidden and deceptivly worded ingrediants that you really never know what you are eating unless you grow it yourself!. in the words of Monsanto better living through chemestry!.!.!. Almost all yogurts, except yoplait have gelitan, fruit snacks,skittles, cream cheese, gummy bears, jam, and some cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
