Question: Can you really eat too much of everything!? what about veges!?
I mean what are bad effects if u eat "too many" veges what is too many vegetables!? i dont think u can!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

edit - I am quite unsure on the answer to this question myself!. It is a hard question for someone to answer seeing as people don't normally eat ridiculous amounts!. I figure trial and error may be the way to go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No you can't eat too many veges!. Fresh fruit and vegetables are good for you - better than meat in fact and certainly better than junk food, coca cola, cakes, sweets, coffee, alcohol, cigarettes etc!. Fresh fruit and vegetables (cooked or fresh) are the healthiest things you can eat - especially if they are organic!. Just be careful to what you add to them - like don't add too much butter if you are mashing potatoes, or too much salt etc!. But apart from that, you are on the right track!. Bet you feel healthy too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

idk if you'd get too many vitamins from it (i kno you can from multis, but mb not vegs), but if you ate like a ton of vegs (like Ks of cals) and went over your matinence, you'd obv get fat, but there isn't really anything besides thatWww@FoodAQ@Com

yes, to many veggies can hurt you!.!.!.Nature has a toxic something on fruits & veggies to protect them from insects!.!.!.if we eat too much of them the natural toxic will be too much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you cant eat too many vegetables!. worst case scenario: you will be very full, but then be hungry again in 2 hours, veggies are mostly water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, calories count!. Doesn't matter what it is as long as you control your portion sizes and be sure to burn off anything that might be too much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
