Question: Becoming vegetarian HELP!!?
i was watching the terrifying video on meat!.com a month ago and that's when i become vegetarian!. i cut out red meats !.!. Now my neighbor says " become vegan!" But i checked with my doctor and he informed me my body is not ready to become a vegan yet that i should become a vegetarian first so
1!. can i get some help on how to cut out more meats to become vegetarian and
2!. should i become vegan!?

Whoa! Hold your horses!. Okay first of all chill, you don't have to worry so much!. Well I think first you should take everything slow, when changing your diet if you make a dramatic change your body will freak out and not know what to eat or when to eat!. So just start out with not eating red meats but also remember to have your protein!. May eat white meat only for a while and then later learn what foods are their that vegetarians eat!. Find something you like to eat and can make at home or buy somewhere when you go out!. Then your body will get used to it and you'll feel much better with yourself and your tummy =)!.
As for the vegan, well honestly I'm not sure what that is but if your doctor suggests that you start with being a vegetarian then I think you should listen because hey he/she is a professional!.

go at your own pace, otherwise you will get tired and bored too quickly and give it up fast!. It takes true commitment!. You may in the beginning feel deprived of many things you enjoy!. Even I am still struggling to become a true vegan (it is easier to be a vegetarian)!. With vegans you cannot eat eggs or cheese!. Milk is not a problem because I like soy milk anyway!. ok firstly if you want to become vegan don't let your doctor tell you not to, he just wants to keep you on the dairy, which will make you sick and go back to him and give him money!.

the vegan diet is definatly the healthiest, and dont let anyone else tell you otherwise!. just make sure you eat lots of fruits and vegetables!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Something big is to remember to get enough protein with vegetables!. Beans and rice give you more protein combined rather than separately, and tofu and other soy proteins are great!. Eggs, dairy products, and nuts are great too!. Maybe fish!? If your doctor told you you're not ready to be a vegan, LISTEN! If you still want to switch after you've been a vegetarian for a while, then talk to him!.

You should borrow a couple books on vegetarianism from your local library, and buy a cookbook or two!. The diets of vegans and strict vegetarians are the same!. The difference is vegans don't use any animal byproducts like: leather, wool, silk, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
