Question: Vegetarian Question (20 Characters)!?
I was a Vegetarian for three years then had to quit due to health issues!. Now I'm going to start up again!. I still have to eat chicken and seafood because I have horrible anemia!. So, what are your favorite Vegetarian Foods!? =] Just curious!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, I hate to point out that you really aren't a vegetarian if you are still eating animals such as chickens and fish!. But, I guess you must know that!? Anyway, at least you are starting somewhere, so good luck with any changes to your diet!

Now to answer your question, I eat a lot of Mexican inspired foods!. I love blackbeans mixed with salsa and corn on top of mixed greens!. I serve that with tortilla chips and guac for a nice taco salad!. I also make tacos with mashed chickpeas (and taco seasoning) and all the fixings!. Those are my 2 favorite meals!.

i don't understand what you're going on about!. Iron is found in the ground, and if you eat something that comes out of the ground then you'll get the iron that you need!.
Eating meat or taking iron piils is not the beat way to get iron!. You need food that has vitamin C, like fresh fruit and veg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
