For protein eat beans, oatmeal, nuts & seeds, wheat germ, and anything with soy!. Other then that eat lots of fruits and vegetables!. Always eat lots of mixed vegetables and a variety of different fruits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

get firm tofu and experiment with it you may not like it at first but you'll like it after a while
anyways try it with stir frys,lasagna,baked tofu,grilled tofu The list is endlessWww@FoodAQ@Com
