I eat too much salt, and am becoming addicted, any ideas how to quit?!

I replace it with some vinegar!. It has the same tongue-tickling properties as salt!. I'll also try for spicy food!. Sometimes that helps!. But my best advice to you is to go for sour flavors!. The sour stuff that isn't also sweet (fruit doesn't work so well, for example) can sometimes do it for me!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Shouldn't ya be getting 2400 mg of sodium per day (search it & don't take my word for it!)!? I honestly find that I'm not having much salt in my diet so when I have salty hummus with salty pita breads as a snack, I don't regret it!!!!!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
