Vegan bread; anything in particular?!

Question: Vegan bread; anything in particular!?
I recently became Vegan and I have also cut out all carbs from my diet except nuts for protein for possible food allergie purposes!. Anyway! Are all bread loafs sold in stores Vegan, or are there particular kinds that I should look for!?

Thanks a million!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I had the same problem a while back!. Then I started making my own bread!. It's delicious and vegan and cheaper than buying already made bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

www!.peta2!.org has an accidentally vegan list and it has some breads on there!.

By the way cutting out carbs is dangerous!. If you are talking about carbs as in food items that have a bounty of them like potatoes then you most certainly shouldn't cut them out!. Unless your doctor said you should!. But, hey its your life!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most breads are not vegan- they either contain milk, eggs or animal derived ingredients!.
The best vegan bread is a baguette from the bakery!. Ingredients: Flour, yeast, water, salt!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fresh baguettes are vegan and quite deliciousWww@FoodAQ@Com

read the label!. if it doesn't contain eggs or dairy you are all set!. or look for the V label for certified vegan food!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
