OMG!.!.!.YOUR SO CREATIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay this is what I can think of at the moment, my schedule of eating!.
Breakfast: Apple Sauce, Banana, Orange Juice!.
Lunch: Rice covered in Marinara sauce, asparagus in the rice, mushrooms in the rice, and Organic kidney beans in the rice!.
Dinner: Soup made by my mom (it has way too much in it to name, she puts like 16 different beans and 30 something vegetables, I can't tell but it's good, but you can make any kind of Vegetable soup creatively), or Spaghetti with Marinara!. My dinner is always poured over with oil because I'm not getting as much fat and oils as I did when I was a meat-eater!.
Snack: Chips, Crackers, Pretzels, gram crackers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A vegetarian diet can be exactly like yours now just replace your meat products with veggie options!. The super markets these days are full of ideas!. Taking a supplement might be a good idea until you have mastered a healthy diet!.

Lunch OR dinner Veggie soup with wholemeal bread!. Veggie friendly sandwiches,(egg, hummous, cheese salad) Veggie lasagna, chillie,Shepherd's pie with mixed veg and mash pot or wedges, veggie friendly filled jacket pot with a huge side salad!. quorn stir fry, quorn fajitas, butternut squash (it is amazing) pasta, mushroom omelet!. depends how vegetarian you are!.!.!. can you still eat eggs or fish!.!. if you are vegan, ( very vegetarian) then you can eat tofu food, usually sells at produce center in any food store!.!. you can eat lot of veg and fruits and cereals!.!.

breakfast- bowl of high fiber/high protein cereal with soymilk(or reg milk) and a peice of fresh fruit(or fresh blueberries, raspberries, etc in the cereal)
lunch-any choice of bread, wrap, pita, english muffin (grain)
with a serving of dairy
and a serving of vegetable
ex: whole wheat wrap with guacamole, swiss cheese and tomato with steamed baby carrots and a serving of cottage cheese
dinner- serving of grains
serving of vegetables
serving of dairy
whole grain pilaf with edamame(shelled soybeans very high in protein and good monounsaturated fats) along with a sweet potato and green beans

I eat some meat like turkey subs at subway, and not much more meat, because I've never liked the way it tastes!. I like taco bell so I use this "meatless Meat" or soy meat and put in some different spices that you can buy for like !.50 at grocery stores and I think they tastes the same as the resteraunt!. Tofu is also good, but you have to have different spices , because it really tastes funny by it self!. Hope this helps!.
