Do you know anyone with a protein deficiency?!
All I ever see for arguments for eating meat is "where do you get your protein!?"
You cannot get a protein deficiency if you worked at it 24/7!.
the only protein problem is protein excess, which leads to all the diseases under the sun!.
So does anyone know of a person who has a protein deficiency!.!.!.vegan or otherwise!?

No, I don't!. I have not met anyone personally, heard about anyone, read about anyone or talked to anyone online that ever had or has protein deficiency!. It is a very obnoxious (and 100% untrue) myth about vegetarians and vegans! We are perfectly healthy and our bodies do just fine without meat, dairy and eggs :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
till i was 20, i was a meat eater!. so i can say that since i was a kid till i completey grown up and developped, i did that while eating meat!. but after 20, i became a vegeatrian without planning it really, eating lots of vegs and fruits and cooking in clarified butter!. milk and yoghurt i eat/drink once a week, because i don't really feel the need, the apetite for it!. and i don't eat eggs!.
difference is that logically i should be eating less protein and fear a protein deficiency, but my overall health is amazingly better than earlier!. skin better, digestive system, those days of months they have all improved and i feel more independent on my body now, like i don't fear that my body will have somthing that i don't want ( FAT, pimples, tiredness, colds)!. it's like i'm more independent on my body and i don't need to pamper it all the time (protect from fat, fried, sweets, different soap, care not to feel cold, etc!.), it feels that it's more resistant now!.

Have I met anyone with protein deficiency!? Yes!. mostly kids of subsistence farmers from the surrounding provinces!. Their daily meal invariably consists of boiled bananas or wild yams and fish once or twice a week!. Sometimes they can catch frogs, small swamp crabs or snails!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I know a girl in high school, but she was suffering from anorexia!. You are correct, unless your starving yourself, or eating just white bread and rice, it is impossible to not get enough protein in your diet!.

I think that protein excess is the problem with health!.
Osteoporosis (for one disease), is known in the natural health circles as a disease caused by protein excess!. So anyone drinking milk (which of course is very high in protein, as it needs to build a cow) or eating meat, is at high risk!.

Not a single person!. Protein deficiency is common only in countries suffering from famine!. In the West, our problem is that we get too much protein, not too little!. Most Americans get about seven times as much protein as they need, which is very dangerous!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes, I knew a girl who had a protein deficiency!.!.!.!.she was vegan and her hair started falling out!. She was very unhealthy!. But then again, she had a problem with alcohol which could have contributed to the problem so that was probably another cause of her poor health!.

I was a bodybuilder before I became vegan, so I already knew about all the sources of protein, animal-derived or plant-based!. It wasn't an issue at all!.

nearly everything we eat has protien adn with veg/vegan there are other deffitencies which are much more likely!.
