I need a vegetarian quick dish or a desert?!
Any ideas on a quick EASY vegetarian dish, that I can make in 1 hour!.

My family's favorites are veggie lasagna (takes under an hour from prep to finish time) and bread pizza (takes 10 minutes max from prep to finish time)!. The recipes are in the source area!. For dessert, you could mix chopped fruit in a bowl and add a little orange juice (or lemon water, if you like a sour taste)!. hthWww@FoodAQ@Com

INGREDIENTS
6 cups stale bread of choice, cut into 1 inch / 2!.5 centimeters cubes
1/3 cup raisins (could use half golden raisins)
2 1/2 cups soy milk, rice milk, or other non-dairy milk of choice
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
METHOD
Lightly oil a 20 x 30 centimeter (8 x 12 inch) casserole dish!. Place the bread cubes in the casserole dish and scatter the raisins over the bread cubes!. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients, and pour over the top of the bread cubes!.
Bake at 180C/350F for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown on top!. Remove from the oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes before cutting into servings!. Serve warm, cold, or at room temperature, and can be served plain, topped with tofu whipped topping, or with a scoop of non-dairy ice cream or sorbet!.

Vegetable-Stuffed Oven Baked Sole with Brown RiceMakes: 4 servings
Ingredients:

1 bag (12 ounces) broccoli slaw
1 carton (18!.3 ounces) Campbell's? V8? Garden Broccoli Soup
1 1/2 cups water
Freshly ground black pepper
1 cup uncooked instant brown rice
1 bag (10 ounces) fresh baby spinach, coarsely chopped
4 sole fillets (about 1 pound)
1 tbsp!. lemon juice
Directions:
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat!. Add the broccoli slaw and cook for 5 minutes or until it's tender!. Stir 1/2 cup soup and 1/2 cup water in the skillet and heat to a boil!. Reduce the heat to low!. Cook for 5 minutes!. Season with the black pepper!.
Stir the remaining soup, water and rice in an 11 x 8-inch shallow baking dish!. Top with the spinach!.
Divide the broccoli slaw mixture among the fish fillets!. Roll up the fillets and place seam-side down on the spinach in the baking dish!. Drizzle with the lemon juice!. Season with the black pepper!. Cover the dish!.
Bake at 375°F!. for 25 minutes or until the rice is tender and the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork!.

There are hundreds and hundreds of vegetarian recipes that can be made in less than an hour!. What about some kind of pasta, with either a tomato sauce baked in the oven with mozzarella cheese on top, or linguine tossed with cauliflower and capers browned in butter!? Desserts are equally easy -- any fruit pie, crisp, or crumble would do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Then ice cream with a dollop of jam in the middle, covered with yogurt and put in the freezer for 20 minutes before serving!.
