I'm not a vegetarian, but I do usually eat meat free meals!. My sister made a gorgeous nut roast for Sunday dinner and served it with the usual roast potatoes and vegetables!. It was the first time I had ever eaten nut roast, usually dismissing it as dry or tasteless (that what it looks like), but it was lovely!. Not at all dry and definitely not tasteless!. Unfortunately high in calories due to the nut content, but worth every mouthful!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
My significant other and I, watching hockey, eating his homemade pan-fried mushroom dumplings, and a curry fried rice with tons of veg - broccoli, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, and little fried tofu or seitan bits!. Then we finish off with dragonfruit and coconut panna cotta!.
