you need to embrace the world of the tinned bean cause you need easy protein fast!. super quick protein (and great with vegan hashbrowns for awesome greasy breakfast) is fry half an onion in a pan and add a tin of baked beans!. i know you're lazy (o i empathise) but herbs are also a vegans best friend!. fresh herbs add flavour in a second (and with no effort on your part)!. try and have at least rosemary and italian parsley either growing or in the fridge at all times!. i'd add both to the baked beans!.
other easy bean recipes include:
vegan taco's / burrito's: fry onion, add either vegan taco mix if you can find it or powdered cumin & coriander and chili or tabasco if you can't then add tin of refried beans!. fry for a minute or so, add a few tablespoons of tomato paste or half a tin of chopped toms and a tin of washed red kidney beans!. HELLO PROTEIN!! throw bean mix in taco or burrito with chopped lettuce and fresh tomato!. if you happen to start rocking out to herbs i'd suggest fresh coriander/cilantro on this one!.
beans and rice: a personal favourite, fry onion (notice how all vegetarian meals start with those words!?) crush half a clove of garlic in when onions are translucent then add thoroughly washed red kidney beans!. stir gently then add tom paste, cook further then stir in tin of chopped tomato's!. add rosemary (fresh is best but dried will do) cook until thick and delicious and eat over rice!. by the way, if you dont have one already, get a rice cooker!. they are the lazy vego's best friend!.
combine the pasta with salad cause frankly, vego's get fat on too much pasta :( find (or make your own if you can be bothered) vegan pesto, this stirred in pasta with fresh cut tomato & rocket on top with balsamic vinegar and olive oil drizzled over it is heaven and a 10 min meal!.
OR grate some ginger (so much easier than chopping), stir fry in sesame oil (olive will do) then add 1 washed packet of tofu (can usually cut into cubes while it's in the packet), add a few tablespoons of blackbean sauce and when it's all fried and good add 1 washed, chopped bunch of bok choy or other asian green!. coriander/cilantro would be good here too!.!.and if you had that rice cooker, well, i think you can make the connection! nice with sweet chilli sauce!.
and get some vegan sandwich meat replacement stuff for sandwiches!.!.i've been lacto/ovo vegetarian my whole life and know heaps of vegans and you can't just cut out meat without replacing it properly!. we've all tried to do it, and we've all ended up fat and miserable and with no energy!. you might need to do some googling for the actual science behind the whole thing - protein combining is a phrase that should make sense to you if you really want to be vegan!. also, try and cook at least once a week and make a large amount so you can freeze for thru the week when you can't be bothered!.
hope this helps!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vegetarian Horse Crap
You'll need:
-Texas toast (or some other kind of bread, toasted and topped with Earth Balance or Smart Balance and garlic powder)
-Veggie burger patty (try Boca's vegan brand)
-Fries (the frozen kind!. You don't really need me to tell you which frozen potatoes are vegan, do you!?)
-Chili (Hormel's veggie chili is delish)
-Veggie bacon (I recommend Smart "Bacon" or Betty Crocker's Bac-O's Bacon Flavored Bits)
Following the directions on the package, bake or deep fry your fries!. Now assemble!. Place the toast on the bottom of a plate or shallow bowl, then your veggie burger patty, then the fries!. Top with the chili and sprinkle generously with Bac-O's, crumbled Smart "Bacon," or other bacon substitute!. Microwave the whole shebang until it's heated through!. Bon appetit!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm vegetarian myself!. I love Lean Cuisine's lemon garlic shrimp and Morning Star's tomato & basil pizza burger, meatless chicken nuggets and corn dogs (which you have already had-if not the same brand)!. I also LOVE tilipia (with the toppings)!. A few easy fix-its are veggie sammich (add cheese, toast, add lettuce, tomato, mayo or choice of dressing, olives/pickles/jalopenos), pizza (flour or whole grain tortilla, add Contadina pizza squeeze, cheese, and choice of topping!. Green olives and crushed red pepper for me!. Microwave til cheese melts) and the simple pb&j sammich!. I love the vegetable soup as well!.
Oh do you eat fish!? I do, obviously!. I eat lot of fish and pasta!. Pasta requires some cooking though, unless you stick to the Lean Cuisine!.
I don't know if you have a Panda Express, but they have veggie rolls and I love the lo mein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hi,
I have some ideas although I'm not a vegetarian!. You can try the following:
- Put fresh vegetable into boiled water a second to make it not very fresh!. Take the vegetable out of the water!. Put a little soy sauce on the vegetable when you have it!.
- Boil vegetable will tofu instead of meat!.
- fried vegetable with oyster sauce!.
My country has plenty of these ingredient!. Just make them match with what you have!.
Give it a try and enjoy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

one of the most common meals that the poor people in india eat is very healthy meatless!. it consists of chapati (whole wheat unleavened bread made on a dry frying pan without the use of oil, dal (protein rich lentils cooked into a stew with turmeric, onions, and garlic), sag (cooked leafy veggies), raw onions, and hot chilli peppers!. the combination is known as "dal-roti" in india and it is as delicious as it is cheap and healthy!. I think you might be overthinking here!. Things like sandwiches, salads, soups, and pastas are all quick and easy to make!. Just ensure that you're getting a well-rounded nutrient profile instead of just thinking you have to eat only lettuce and carrots!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hummus and pita bread or veggies!. You can buy a good hummus in most grocery stores!. I think Sabra is far and away the best store brand!. Really easy too, just open and eat!.
Roasted Veggies!. Just put 'em in an oven at 354 and cook 'em till their getting dark!. A solid mixture of quartered tomatoes, sliced Zucchini, Egg Plant, Bell Pepper, some hot peppers such as Jalapeno or Anaheim depending on your taste, celery is always good!. I'd avoid carrots and potatoes for this one!.
Instant mashed potatoes, substitute olive oil for butter and add garlic or garlic powder for more flavor!. Use a good olive oil for this one!.
Broccoli fried in olive oil with garlic!.
