What are some ways to eat healthier?!

Well cut out the junk first!. Find healthy ways to snack too!. Like I eat Soy Ice Cream or Soy yogurt that are really yummy!.
Eat as much fruit and veggies as you can and for when I am really hungry I eat a whole grain sandwich with soy meat and lettuce and tomato or a soy burger!. Drink lots of water too!. I also cut out dairy and replace it with soy milk products!.
Start slow depending on your eating habits now, for two weeks eat no junk, then change any meat you eat to veggies and grains and soy replacements!. You will feel so much better and no more feeling bad after your eat a big meal! Www@FoodAQ@Com
