But I'd certainly give you 10 points if you really had!.

However, to answer your real (sort of) question, you likely need less suppliments as a vegan as you do not being vegan!. There's nothing magical about meat but it does displace healthy fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains which are full of healthy nutrition and fiber missing in the sins of the flesh!.

the only supplement you will eventually *need* is b-12!. This is the ONLY vitamin that cannot be found in places outside of animal products!. You need very very little of it!.!.!. some vegans that don't take the supplement don't notice any effect for 20, 30 years after becoming vegan!. I take a multivitamin, although I'm in Ecuador (not very veg friendly)
You might also want to take protein supplements, but I'd wait and see how you feel after a month or so, to see if you really need it!. If your eating really well, you shouldn't need one at all!.!.!. although eating really well takes a lot of time and money!. Just wait and see!. Maybe get a blood test or talk to your doctor!.

If you eat a variety of vegetables and fruits every day you don't need supplements!. Drink soy or rice milk fortified with Vitamin D if you don't live in a sunny climate!. Eat vegan breakfast cereal a couple times a week for the rest, especially flax seed cereal for Omega-3s!.

You don't need to take any supplements!!

-Green Leafy Vegetables contain Iron, and many many other Vitamins you would never find in meat or dairy; eggs!.

-Beans contain a lot of protein!.

-Orange Juice (w/ added Calcium, and Vitamin D) and fruits like Apples contain a lot of Vitamins as well!.

All you need to do is take in those and you'll be fine!. I make sure to take in all of those every day, and I'm super duper special awesome healthy!!!!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

See a doctor, get a blood test!.

Personally I need heaps, but I need them whether I eat meat or not, because I've had other things that cause me to get sick!. Lots of vegans don't need anything at all!.

A blood test will show anything that you're lacking and the doctor will tell you what to take!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
