No it takes a lot of intelligence to resist the temptations, in other words you have to have a lot of will power which is directly connected to your brain!. If you have a normal intelligence then chances are you'll have a very hard time becoming a Vegetarian, though I'm not saying it's impossible!. If you have a very high intelligence, well the higher your intelligence is the higher your resistance will be and the easier it will be to become a Vegetarian!. So pray to god you aren't retarded!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends on how much you really want it!. My best friend chose to become a vegetarian on our birthday (march 4th) of this year, and so far she hasn't eaten meat!. BUT, she has had a very large and dangerous drop in iron and blood pressure!. She had to get the EEG(or EKG, I can't remember!.) She is working to maintain her iron levels, but she had been feeling weak and tired a lot!. But she has lost a lot of weight!. But she prefers it like this!. If you want to be a vegetarian, you will HAVE to have a mindset of you will NOT eat meat!. You will feel tempted to eat meat, especially when no one is around!. You have to train yourself to fight off those urges!. And if you're serious about it, you will need to ask for the support of your friends and family!. Ask your parents to possibly buy you some vegetarian friendly foods, the meatless chicken is something I recommend!. Make sure your friends will help you by making sure you don't "just take a tiny bite"!. I wish you luck, and in the long run, a HEALTHY and CORRECT vegetarian lifestyle is a great choice for your mind and body!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It was very easy for me, but it didn't occur overnight!. I made my decision and at first I just picked the meat out of the meals that were prepared for me, just to see if I could do it (I was 16 so I still ate what my mom cooked)!. I found that I didn't miss meat at all, so I announced my decision!. I didn't really like meat to begin with so I imagine it would be harder for people who actually like to eat it!. It can be a gradual thing though; maybe try eating vegetarian just one day out of the week, and when you feel good about that maybe try two days a week, or if it feels right you can just stop eating meat!. It doesn't mean you might not eat it again within a couple of days, but try to go as long as you can!. Just don't give up! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you're really dedicated to becoming a vegetarian, then yeah it is easy!. well honestly i was never a big meat lover beforehand, only chicken, hot dogs and ribs mostly!. so if you're like me then itll be fine, but if you're a big meat person it might be harder to give some stuff up, but after a while you lose the temptation to eat meat altogether
good luck though!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It was pretty easy for me!. For some people, it's just natural!. For others, it takes dedication and self-control in the beginning!. It just depends!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are passionate about it, yes!. Extreamly easy!.=)
If you do not care, then no, it is not easy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It was for me, i researched it, and learned tons of stuff first, and then just started! although i do eat fish, that does help me--makes it much easier to go out to eat, etc!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

for me it wasn't but it varies person to person!. are you the type that is addicted to things!? if so, then yes!.
