Question: Is Olive Oil raw!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
If it says cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is it considered raw!?
and how much good fat should i be having per day!. i'm 15 incase that matters and i'm trying to lose weight!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
