What exercises will complement my vegan diet?!

Question: What exercises will complement my vegan diet!?
I've recently began a vegan diet and, generally speaking, it's going well!. However, the days I exercise I'm noticing I'm famished and a bit lethargic! I quickly have to eat something right after, whereas when I wasn't vegan I could exercise and not be hungry again for another hour or so!. Am I required to change my workout routine now that I'm vegan!?

Just a little bit about me, I'm eating approximately 1,200 - 1,400 calories a day!. I try to exercise every other day - skipping a few days here or there!. When I exercise, I jog about 20-30 minutes or get on the elliptical for about 20-30 min, and then I'll do 15-20 minutes of weight training!.

So, what do you think!? Do I need some modifications!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Just before I went veggie, I would run 100 km per week!. I was a meat eater!. At about the 4-5th day I would get cravings for biscuits (cookies), and lollies (candy)!. My body was trying to tell me to eat sugar!. Because my diet was non existant of fruit it didn't crave them!.
But!.!.!.that is what my body needed!. Fruit sugar!. After I started eating fruit, the cravings stopped!.

All I can say is eat more fruit, when you get cravings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When your not eating the flesh of animals then your going to be hungrier more often!. As herbivores Humans were meant to graze, we were meant to eat consistently and not a couple times a day like a Carnivore!. Your eating way too little, you should be eating a glass of mini meals all throughout the day!. Your eating much healthier now than when you were eating animals so you should compliment yourself with much more food as you need more food!. Meat is a lot of matter, as Vegetables are basically nothing!. YOU NEED MORE FOOD!!!!!!!!! That's the only modification I can think of for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're doing it every other day, I would do it just a little bit longer, maybe 45-60 minutes of cardio, and 25-30 minutes of strength training!. If you feel weak, eat more protein (little changes here and there, like snacking on a handful of nuts, and adding beans to soup, etc), and drink plenty of water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think you need to eat more calories and try to add more nuts, beans and maybe some tofu into your diet!. But I think you need more calories!. Go for as many raw things as you can!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Now you are veg so you really don't need a lots of work out!. You can keep it the same!. but if you going to non veg again than you have to change it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The same once that meat eaters do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
