Question: Fruits/vegetables for weight gaining!?
What are some fruits and vegetables that are great to eat when trying to gain weight!. From what I know potatoes are good to eat and very calorie full

oh and keep it vegan
broccoli slathered in cheese isn't an option

Any fruit is good because they all contain sugar and therefore have a relatively high amount of calories (for something that comes from the ground)!. In terms of veggies, avocado has a very high unsaturated fat content, and therefore has a lot of calories, as do nuts (not that they're veggies, but they are vegan-friendly), and corn is a grain and is therefore very high in carbohydrates!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

theres no way fruits or vegetables are going to make you gain weight!. Unless you eat 20 tonnes a day, which aint gonna happen!. Eat frequently, its all about calories!.

Avacados, coconuts, nuts in general!.!.!.!. trust me, you'll gain lots of weight with it! !.!.!. which is why I try to AVOID it!.!.!.!. but sure is good :) Www@FoodAQ@Com
