broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, garlic, onion, carrots
and
apple, grapefruit, starwberry, lemon
those foods are not only low in calories, but they actually burn fat because they give your body less calories than you use to digest them!. it's like eating nothing, using up some extra calories, and plus, you put a lot of vitamins in your system!.

Slimming world green day diet is really good and veggie friendly!.
you can eat unlimited amounts of fruit and veg, Quorn mince and chunks, beans peas and lentils, pasta rice potatoes!. Then you add between 3 and four healthy extras which would be 1 or 2 dairy produce (cheese and/or milk) and then 2 starchy/oily foods like bread, cereal, meat and fish (if you weren't a veggie obviously) oils nuts seeds etc!.
You can get loads of info and even a weekly trial diet
