Do you like eggs!? They're the most complete protein humans can consume!.!.!. aside from other humans that is!. They are cheap and you can eat them lots of different ways!. Other than that, you need to mix some combination of beans and rice!. Cheese will give you protein since it's dairy, but probably not enough!. Think of a nice bowl of red beans and rice, or black beans and rice!. Peanuts and lentils also count as beans here, so think about that!. Once again though, consider eggs!. They're like $1!.60 for twelve and bomb!. also, think of things like deli meats and sandwiches, they're relatively cheap!. Essentially, Beans are incomplete because they lack methionine, grains and other things are incomplete because they lack lysine!. But if you eat something that contains both lysine and methionine, you will have complete proteins, and enough to result in complete protein synthesis!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
