Answers:
I'm 15 and when I first went vegan, I had trouble figuring out what to pack in my lunch!. But now I've pretty much got it down :D Here are some of my ideas:

1) PB&J sandwich with a side of pretzels and apple juice to drink :) Simple, yet filling!.

2) Peanutbutter & Banana sandwich with a fruit cup!. For the sandwich simply put peanutbutter on both slices of bread and also place sliced bananas on both slices of bread!. For the fruit cup, chop up strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe and apples and mix them all together in a cup with a lid!. Voila! Easy and delicious lunch :D

3) Hummus sandwich!. Take a little bit of hummus and spread it on two slices of bread, like you are spreading mayonnaise or mustard!. Then take lettuce, zucchini and some tomatoes if you like and place them in the sandwich!. Easy peasy!

4) Vegetable Sandwich!. Get lettuce, sprouts, pickles, tomatos, zucchini, mustard and vegan mayonnaise!. It is a simple sandwich full of flavor :D If you want you can even add Tofurky Deli slices for protein!.

5) Salad!. You can buy one at the store or make your own :D I like to put dried fruit in mine and also carrots and zucchini, or sometimes mashed up tortilla chips!. You can buy vegan salad dressing at the store or use Balsamic Vinegar or an Italian Vinaigrette if you'd like!. Whatever salad dressing you choose, put it in a little Tupperware container and don't pour it on until you are ready to eat the salad or else it will get soggy!.

6) Half a sandwich and a salad!. Just take half of a sandwich (pick anyone mentioned or create your own) and bring it to school along with a salad!. Yummers :D

7) Sidedishes!. If you need some sidedishes to go along with a salad, try dried fruit such as dried apricots, raisins or dried plums!. You can also bring nuts (cashews, peanuts, almonds, etc!.) or a bag of chips (tortilla, Lays, Ruffles, etc!.)!.

Well hope I helped and good luck :D :DWww@FoodAQ@Com

Salad rolls! You can get rice paper at any Asian Supermarket or import food store!. It's very cheap!. Dip the rice paper in boiling water (careful, don't burn your fingers!) and fill the wrapper with shredded lettuce, chopped veggies, and cooked rice noodles!. You can even add flavoured tofu (marinate the tofu for a few hours in the sauce or seasonings of your choice and toss it in a pan with some olive oil to cook it!.)!. Wrap it all up and bring a dipping sauce like peanut, soy, or hosien!. This is yummmy!. It takes a few tries to get the wrapping right without tearing the rice paper!. Do this one at a time and only as many as you want to eat (about 4 large ones will fill you up) because it's not so good the second day and the paper dries out quickly after it's wet!. You can also do lettuce wraps which is the same thing, but with a large peice of lettuce instead of rice paper!. As a vegan, it is very important that you eat beans, soy, lentils, quiona, etc to get protien!. If you start to feel unfocused, depressed, or sluggish, check your protien intake and take a b12 vitamin until you get on track!. Veganisim is a great lifestyle and congrats to you for making the switch, but with ALL diets, make sure you eat balanced meals!. Best of luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Grated carrots & cabbage in a garlic/peanut butter/olive oil sauce--it is fantastic!. Or chickpeas fried in olive oil & thyme & oregano over jasmine rice!. Or make a soup: throw in a few cans of different beans with some carrots, onions & a cup of water!. Not sure if your school has a microwave, but first one should be eaten cold & other 2 aren't horrible if eaten cold (though better warmed)!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
