So I've been a vegetarian for three years...?!

Question: So I've been a vegetarian for three years!.!.!.!?
if I go back to eating meat (not that I will, just asking here) will it make me sick!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You never know!. I have been vegetarian for a year, and once I ate a bowl of soup made with chicken broth by accident and I felt sick for a day!. My family friend, however, had been vegetarian for five years and wanted to get pregnant, so she just started eating meat regularly and she said she felt fine!. My friend as well was vegetarian for two years, was diagnosed with PCOS, and had to begin eating meat again and was fine!.

So, assuming you wouldn't want to risk being sick (because I can assure you it isn't pleasant), your best option, if you were to eat meat again, would be to slowly introduce meat to your system again!. Start with small amounts of chicken and/or fish, then gradually bring up your intake until you were able to eat thick meats, like steak!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are certain things in meat, I hesitate to use the word poisons but kind of, that your body becomes tolerant to when you are young and first start eating meat!. If you start eating meat you will have to develop this tolerance again!. This doesn't mean you will throw up everywhere and be bed ridden, Your stomach just might get a little upset :( I would definitely start off with white chicken meat it will probably go the smoothest!. Go Meat!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You might or might not!. When I was younger, I had been vegetarian for a year or two and when I had some lobster bisque for my parents' anniversary and it made me sick!.

Then, after about 10 years of being vegetarian, I decided not to anymore, and I just started eating meat!.!.!. it didn't make me sick at any point!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wow, good question! I never, really never thought about that!.
I have been a veggie since I am 11 (5 years ago) and a vegan since months!.

What would happen!? I'd like to know that too :D
I won't go back either, never!.!.
Thanks for asking!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It might, especially if you start with something heavy (like a thick steak)!. Start with small amounts of something mild, like baked chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your stomach will be like "Why in the heck are you feeding me this crap again" then it will have a fit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no you dont get sick not unless you follow your mind thinking you will be sickWww@FoodAQ@Com
