Protein? (serious question)?!
So legumes and beans are incomplete because they don't have all the aminos!.
Which amino acids do legumes have!?
And
Is there something i should eat after legumes which has the lacking amino acid so it makes a complete protein!?
(I'm assuming mixing two different foods to form complete protein is possible!?)

As someone already mentioned, protein is found everywhere!. Protein is the building block for all living things (on this planet), so to lack protein, you'd have to lack food in general!.
No, you do not need to do any special combining to get the proper amino acids that combine to make complete proteins!. The body stores amino acids!. If you eat some types this day or week, and others on another day or week, the body will combine them as needed!. The only way you could lack in a certain amino acid would be if you were on a one-food diet!. Just eating beans and nothing else at all!. But you know what, there are people out there that literally live on a nearly 100% junk food diet, and do they lack protein!? Nope!. A lot of these people are HUGE and fat and about to explode!.
As I said, you don't need to combine your foods or legumes with anything as the body stores amino acids!. When we eat whole proteins, the body first breaks them down into amino acids; we do not take in whole proteins, then stores them for later usage (or immediate usage, whatever it needs)!.
the whole idea of combining foods was proposed by an author in the 1980s and the book became very popular!. Unfortunately, she was wrong about having to eat these foods at one sitting, but rather just including such food in one's general diet spread over the week is fine!. So, eat a varied diet and you'll be fine!. So, eat legumes one day, and rice the next will give you all the amino acids you need!. Or eat them together, whatever you want!.
Fruits, by the way, are loaded with amino acids and they are the best source of them for humans!. Fruits have all of the amino acids humans need!. We are 'designed' to live mainly on fruits!. Take a look at what chimps eat!.!.!. looots of fruit and a little of other things here and there!.!.!. Check out Jane Goodall's (Harvest of Hope I think it's called) book about what they eat, as human digestive system is basically the same at theirs!.
Just remember, humans are made of MEAT just like all other animals!. Where do all the other (herbivore) animals get their protein from!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sigh!. Time and time again this question comes up (I'm not having a go at you specifically by the way, it's just that I'm amazed that this issue is still cropping up!.)
The question of combining amino acids has fallen by the wayside, simply because protein deficiency is very difficult to achieve on a veggie diet!. You would literally need to starve yourself to achieve it, as eating enough calories virtually ensures that you avoid this 99!.9% of the time!. Protein is present in just about all plant foods, albeit in lesser quantitities than meat, and all a veggie needs to do is eat different foods!. Beans on toast for example is a "complete" protein meal!. To be deficient in protein is normally the result of disgestive or genetic problems unrelated to diet!.
No one food is complete in all nutrients!. Meat for example is completely deficient in carbohydrates, many vitamins and minerals, and fibre, yet nobody talks about combining different meats to try and combat this shortage!. You simply eat different foods, other than meat!. Simple!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

"The question specifically is about legumes and what i can add to it to make a complete protein!."
Grains!. Grain + Legume = Complete Protein!. Typical combinations are peanut butter and bread, pita and hummus, or beans and rice!. Keep in mind that these need not be consumed in a single sittng!.!.!.just ensure that you eat the other sometime during the day!. Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes it is very possible being a vegetarian it is hard with the amino acids that u need but it's possible i mean some pple say being vegetarian is stupid because of this it's not stupid!.!.it's a choice it's just harder to do
to form this complete protein u could yes use brown rice or sweet potatoes basically forming together w/ a grain or any other protein sub!.!.like a soy burger or tofu basically it's gotta be soy protein
the reason it's better to have complete protein is that so ALL the protien u get from the legumes get used by the muscle other wise all of it wont be processed thus being an incomplete source aloneWww@FoodAQ@Com

i dont think with the exception of something like gelatin, that there is any food out there, vegetarian or animal, that LACKS an amino acid, some are just slightly lower relative to the other amino acids in that food, standardised on the based upon an eggs amino acid profile (which is pretty arbitrary)!. you could eat nothing but beans and get more than enough complete protein for your needs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just add an equal amount of rice and you've got a complete protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
