There's simply no reason that any person should eat the same thing everyday!.

You can make her various sandwiches with delicious sauces and cheeses!. Try using hummus instead of mayo/mustard, then add sprouts, spinach, spicy cheese (or try provolone or muenster if she doesn't like spicy stuff), tomato, and cucumer slices!. You can make her a cheese sandwich using marinara or pizza sauce instead of mayo/mustard, then add provolone, mozzarella, fontina, and parmesean cheeses for an Italian sub!. Try different cheeses, sauces, breads, and ingredients!.

You can also make her a large, hearty salad using spinach and/or mixed greens, bleu cheese or gorgonzola, craisins, diced pear, diced apple, walnuts, almond slices, beets (if she likes 'em), cucumber, and tomatoes!. Serve with a side of balsamic vinegarette and toast she can break into croutons!.

These are only a couple ideas, but if you think about them this way, you'll realize there are endless possibilities!. Remember: vegetarian leftovers are a great way to get a quick lunch!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here a some things I do to make yummy vegan sandwiches,
Falafel and salad, you can buy them frozen and they only take a couple of mins to warm up!.
Grated carrot and humous, this is so surprisingly tasty!.
also there a TONS of cheap meat replacement products at the health food section, cheating chicken, phoney balogne, fakin bacon! That kind of stuff is great for sandwiches, you just have to try a few different one to see what brands are the tastiest!. Redwood foods do a huge selection and they do mail order!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Carrot sticks, broccoli, cauliflower, apples, pears, oranges, raw nuts such as pecan, walnuts, cashews and almonds, dried fruit such as banana chips, pineapple rings, raisins, rice cakes, none of which needs to be cooked and is healthier if eaten raw!.

Add a container of soy or rice milk or bottled water!.

Bon apetite!Www@FoodAQ@Com
