Answers:
I'll try to help I suppose, but I'm very plain when it comes to food meaning I eat almost the exact same thing all the time!. These are the choices I'll USUALLY pick, some of these or one of these!.

Breakfast:
- Apple Sauce
- Fruit
- Soy Milk and Cereal (very rare)
- Peanut Butter Sandwich!.

Lunch:
- Peanut Butter Sandwich
- Rice with Marinara; Beans, Mushrooms; and Asparagus
- Soup (some creative crap my mom makes, which is overloaded with beans, noodles, and other Vegetables)
- Spaghetti with Marinara!.

Dinner:
- The Rice dish I had just stated in Lunch
- The Spaghetti with Marinara, Beans, and other Vegetables!.
I usually just eat rice!.!.!.

Snacks:
- Crackers
- Chips
- Peanuts
- Fruit
- Bread

The Peanut Butter I eat is completely natural and only contains Roasted Peanuts and water, that's it!. I rarely eat the Soy Milk and Cereal!. The only Soy I get is through the bread I eat, so by far I only eat natural foods!. My list won't be as exotic as others but I choose to eat natural stuff!. A long time ago people weren't eating exotic recipes with exotic ingredients, they were eating natural foods, and if you hadn't noticed people were healthier in the old ages (besides sickness) than now!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Best of luck to you on your endeavour!

For dinner, you could try some of the following:
~black bean and brown rice soft tacos or burritos (just add all your fave veggies like onions, green peppers, tomatoes, and so on)
~veggie stir fry
~vegetable soup with some crusty bread and a salad
~spaghetti with marinara sauce
~quinoa with sauteed veggies
~veggie burger and fries (kind of on the "junk food" side of things, but it tastes great)

If you choose to eat soy meats (like Boca or Morningstar Farms), just make sure you read the ingredients!. Some of them contain eggs and that of course would not be vegan!.

For snacks, you might want to consider:
~Mrs!. May's nut snacks
~Baby carrots and hummus
~Fresh fruit or fresh veggies
~All natural peanut butter and toast
~Chips and salsa

For a meat lover going straight to veganism, just make sure you eat enough protein!. That will ensure that you'll feel full!. Good sources are beans, legumes, tofu, whole grains (like brown rice, whole wheat pasta and quinoa)!. You might find yourself snacking more often and that's normal!. Eat healthy foods and you should be good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are so many vegan snacks out there, snacks you already eat are vegan!. The difference between those and the ones I choose to eat, is I try to pick ones that are health(er)!. Instead of regular crappy tasteless chemical potato chips, I'll buy some all natural organic kind or something like that!. I'll actually read the ingredients to see if there's something in there that's bad for me or not!. So, that's all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm just a vegetarian, *but* Morningstar farms makes veggie burgers and fake ground beef that are 100% vegan!. If you are used to cooking with meat, this is a good way to ease the transition!. I like it for tacos, and meat eaters tell me they cannot tell the difference!. Of course, if you're going vegan you would have to omit the cheese or go with soy cheese (something that never tasted quite right to me)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well i recently became a vegetarian, but not a vegan!. i know things like pop-tarts, jello, marshmallows are things you cannot eat because they contain gelatin!.
