Question: Soymilk yogurt safe to eat!?
i recently started making homemade!. i usually add some sugar and honey and once i accidentally left a glass of soymilk on my desk overnight!. in the morning i discovered it to turn into yogurt like substance!. i wasnt sure whether it was safe to eat it!. was it yogurt!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eating as little as 30 grams (about 4 tablespoons) of soy per day can result in hypothyroidism with symptoms of lethargy, constipation, weight gain and fatigue!.

Myth: Soy foods are safe and beneficial for women to use in their postmenopausal years!.
Truth: Soy foods can stimulate the growth of estrogen-dependent tumors and cause thyroid problems!. Low thyroid function is associated with difficulties in menopause!.

After night it is not safe to eat!. However, they did do research that Soy milk does have a chance in nutrient block, but after going through processes, the chance is reduce by a lot!.

Overall, soy-milk over night = Not safe!.
Soy-milk itself = Good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Dairy left out, especially overnight isn't safe to eat!. When in doubt, throw it out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
