okay, so one of my friends said that vitamin water gives u cancer if u drink it too much!.!.
i DRINK IT ALL THE TIME!

I don't think the water itself will kill you, though the plastic bottles it comes in have been known to cause things because of all the chemicals!.

There is no scientific documented evidence that drinking vitamin water causes cancer!.

It sounds like a new urban myth/legend in the making to me!.

But that doesn't mean it's good for you; it's marketed!. promoted and positioned to appear more healthful than other sugary drinks, but it’s still just a soft drink - adding vitamins and minerals to junk food doesn’t make it healthy!.

You'd be better off drinking plain water!.

And the notion that plastic bottles can give you cancer is an urban myth that stems from some hoax emails that have been widely circulated

You mean the sport drink!? I work outside in the summer and I've heard that you shouldn't drink more than one or two a day!. Drinks like Gatorade, Vitamin Water, Life Water!.!.!.supposedly they arent good for you if you drink too many!.

As far as being true or not!.!.!. I couldnt tell you, but I usually just drink cold water!.


But it looks like they might be bad for your teeth's enamel!.!.!.
