Enjoy the wholesome goodness of my world famous Carrot salad with dill:

1 pound wholesome carrots
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Clean and wash wholesome carrots!. With a vegetable peeler remove long strips of wholesome carrot and place in bowl!. Rough chop dill and add to wholesome carrots!. Add remaining ingredients and mix well!. Refrigerate for approximately 45 minutes then serve!.

roasted portabella mushrooms

mix 1/2 cup olive oil , 1 teaspoon black pepper, 3 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and rub the mix on the mushrooms!. prehead the oven at 400 degrees!. bake 6 to 12 minutes!. check them every
