How do you use liquid smoke?!
I've never used it, but want some vegetarian meal ideas that use it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
most people use liquid smoke to give vegeterian foods a smokey, beefy, meaty smell and taste!. Say you wanted to make a mock beef patty - add some of this to give it a meaty taste that might fool some meat eaters that it's real meat (flesh)!.

first of all !.!.!.
Liquid smoke, or smoke condensates, are produced through the controlled burning of wood chips or sawdust!. The resulting smoke is passed through water, which captures and dissolves the smoke-flavored components in solution!. This base can be condensed and modified through many methods to develop a wide range of smoke flavors!.
During the manufacturing process of smoke condensates, tar and ash are removed from the solution!. By removing the tar from solution, the carcinogen level can be reduced considerably!.[citation needed] This process can theoretically make "smoking" with smoke condensates significantly[citation needed] safer for consumers than traditionally-smoked foods (exposing meat, fish, or cheese to freshly combusted wood smoke)!.
I have a number of recipes that call for using liquid smoke, !.!.!.!. I use Wrights!. One or two capfuls makes for perfect bean soup!. !.!.!.
It's not purely liquid smoke, but it has plenty of smoke, and molasses and some subtle spices that work with many meat dishes!.
hope i helped?
