I would agree - Being and off and on vegan for 10 yrs it sounds pretty safe!. What I would do is contact the company and ask them if there are ANY animal by products in their product!. I know I do this all the time!. There is a list somewhere online that tells you about consumer good that are vegan or not!.!.!.!. you would be surprised how many thing are in fact vegan!. I just found the link http://www!.peta!.org/accidentallyVegan/ I hope this helps you!. The best thing is, since I am a splenda addict, when I contacted the company they replied that their product was in fact vegan!. In terms of sugar you really need to be careful!. Many sugar refineries filter out the raw sugar through bone carbon filters (i!.e!. the residual parts of cattle/pigs/chickens/ anything that contains bones)!. If the list doesn't conptain your product, the safest thing is to directly contact the manufacturer either by email or phone!. You MUST be persistent because they are not terribly interested in giving out their product process!. I hope everything goes well!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Isn't reading labels fun!? I never thought I would need a degree in chemistry to be a vegan, lol!. But that actually looks free of animal products to me!. Keep up the good fight, and kudos to you, for sticking to your principles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i don't see anything non-vegan on there :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
No, it's not "vegan"; a veggie burger could qualify!.
But anything like an egg McMuffin is not vegan!. If
it contains any meat and/or any dairy products, then
it's not "veggie" or "vegan"; plain and simple!.
Is it entirely unhealthy!? No!. You could much worse!.
But, you could do much, much, much better!
Now, if you'll pardon me for a few minutes, here!.!.!.
I think I'll warm up some let over pizza!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
